Porcelain Bridges Instead of Implants

This patient had a congenitally missing lateral incisor that was treatment planned for an implant and crown. Unfortunately, he did not have sufficient bone to support the implant. His best option for optimal cosmetics was the placement of an all-porcelain bridge. We connected the bridge to his canine and first premolar to achieve this incredible cosmetic result.
