Description
This patient had a congenitally missing lateral incisor that was treatment planned for an implant and crown. Unfortunately, he did not have sufficient bone to support the implant. His best option for optimal cosmetics was the placement of an all-porcelain bridge. We connected the bridge to his canine and first premolar to achieve this incredible cosmetic result. The patient wore a flipper partial for 10 years, and now he can smile without being embarrassed that his partial will be noticeable. He spent a decade concerned about his appearance, and in two short weeks now has the smile he has always desired
